Parts Ordering Guidelines:

Orders may be faxed in 24 hours a day by calling our toll free fax number at (877) 477-0717. Faxing in orders is recommended in order to prevent errors and misunderstandings. To place an order over the telephone, please call (800) 274-9376 and ask for the Parts Department. Phone orders may be placed Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:00 P.M., Pacific Time. When placing your order, please include the following information:

1. Company name / Account number
2. Bill to and ship to addresses
3. Purchase order number
4. Shipping instructions: Prepaid or Billed:
• Standard ship method is Fed Ex (Next Day, Second Day, Saver, or International). Weight limits may apply.
• Special truck and UPS available for extra charge.
• Also include drop ship address (if applicable), contact name, and phone number.
• Extra charges apply for drop shipments.
5. Part # and description of items being ordered.
6. Quantity of each item being ordered.
7. Price for each item (if known).
8. When placing your order over the phone, the customer service rep taking your order will read back the part number, quantity, and price of each item to verify that the order is correct. When the order is complete the customer service rep. will give you your order number. Faxed orders are confirmed via fax back confirmation with order number. Please check your order at this point, as Hydro Tek can no longer be responsible for order entry errors.
9. Please refer to your order number if you need to make changes on your order, add to your order, or check the status of back orders.
10. You will be notified within 24 hours of freight charges on back orders and special orders.

    Terms & Conditions:
    Minimum Order: $5 handling fee on orders under $25.
    Return Goods: Call for RGA number for authorization, a 15% restocking fee may apply
