Rugged “Pro-tect-it” Frame:
The Ultimate in protection. Hydro Tek’s unique “Pro-tect-it” frame of 1 1/4”, heavy gauge steel, with durable electrostatically applied powder coat finish. The built-in lifting eyes gives you greater flexibility and protection when moving the system. The SC30006DH “Pro-tect-it” frame is constructed of 304 stainless steel.

Stainless Steel Panels:
Not just decorative flashes, these rugged and durable panels offer lifetime corrosion resistance and protection of your valuable investment from the harshest environments. Keeps your machine looking like new for years to come. Quick connects provide easy removal for full access to all major components and the Ultimate in serviceability.

Heating System:
The Ultimate balance of power, efficiency and corrosion resistance in this uniquely designed Hydro Tek schedule 80 coil. Rugged construction suitable for “over the road use” works in harmony with the double wall stainless steel, ceramic insulated housing. Virtually indestructible construction and industry leading performance — years of uninterrupted, worry free service.

Industrial Engines:
Efficient OHV engines with electric key start, low oil shutdown, and cast iron cylinder for maximum duty and performance. The SC30006DH is equipped with a Diesel engine.

Fuel Tanks:
Heavy Duty “roto-molded” rust free fuel tanks with fuel filter to protect against contaminated fuel. Extended run time (up to 8hrs.) eliminates interruptions.

Total Relief Unloader - Remote Mounted:
Flow sensitive unloader allows pressure to build up gradually as trigger gun is activated eliminating “pressure spikes” and improving operator control and safety. When the gun is released, entire system pressure is relieved, enhancing system life and eliminating engine starting problems. The unloader is remote mounted eliminating heat exchange and vibration. Not available on 2-Gun or 4000 psi systems.

Compact Design:
Engineered for versatility and portability. Skid with wheels can easily fit through 30” spaces and doors.

Flexible, high intensity 12V Diesel Burner System:
Sophisticated 12V burner system transforms available power from system to fire the diesel burner. This efficient burner system offers an economical alternative to provide maximum burner performance. No outside power source is required.

Gear Belt Drive or Direct Drive Pump:
High torque, “no slip” gear belt, low RPM drive – cooler, quieter, allows continuous performance. These industrial triplex, ceramic plunger pumps outperform the competition in longevity. Direct drive pumps are rated to pull from a water tank without the sacrificing performance.

2 Gun Compatible: (Available on SC40006 and SC30008 only)
Allows the operator to operate two pressure guns simultaneously, creating a multipurpose machine, increasing efficiency and time. Unique split flow design balances pressure spikes and the adjustable flow allows the operator to conserve water.

110v Burner with On-Board 2900 watt Generator:
Provides automatic, high intensity ignition and reliable power for the heating system .Supplemental power outlets from the generator (GFCI Protected) offer the operator additional electrical power to run lights or accessories. High capacity 18 Gallon Diesel fuel tank decreases refueling and operator down time.

Burner Output:
Super duty Wayne burner delivers 350,000 to 614,000 BTUs with the highest heating capability in its class.

Belt Driven Pump:
High torque, V-belt driven pump low RPM, cooler and quieter operation for continuous duty performance.
