The RCS system meets today’s stringent environmental issues surrounding wash water compliance. It is designed to remove medium to heavy loads of wash water containing solids and oils at high flow rates. It can be utilized in a wash environment for closed loop, wash water reuse or for discharge to the sewer with proper permits. It incorporates four cell clarification at a controlled flow rate and automatically purges solids. The column style multimedia water filters are automatically back flushed to ensure continuous operation with no downtime. The quad V-bottom tanks with hundreds of square feet of oleophilic (oil attracting) coalescing biometric spheres will attract oil so that it floats to the surface and is skimmed off for automatic removal. Ozone injection and re-circulation exterminates odor problems. Ideal for large maintenance and rental yards, diesel truck and equipment repair facilities, military bases and municipalities.
